We believe that yoga is for everybody which is why we have a variety of class styles and teachers.

If you want to try something gentle and soothing come along to our Smooth and Steady class on a Monday Morning with Rocci.

Prefer something a bit stronger then why not try our Thursday evening Slow flow with Helen or our Saturday Morning Restorative, Strengthening Flow with Natalie?

Feeling more adventurous? Join Jesse for his Saturday morning Soft, Strong and Balance.

On a Tuesday evening, Natasha's enthusiasm will lead you through

a Flow and Therapy or Yin yoga class. ( Flow & Therapy is also held on Friday mornings). Mary will help you balance your energy and revive

your spirit on a Wednesday evening

(please note this class is held at Trinity Methodist church).

If you are looking for pregnancy or post-natal classes then join Rocci on a Wednesday (Yoga for Mum at 1 pm at The Forster Institute or pregnancy drop-in at The Barn in Heath and Reach at 7.30 pm)

Get bored easily? Then join us on a Sunday morning where our teachers take turns leading our Sunday Best session. This is a great opportunity to try lots of different styles of yoga, like Acroyoga and Rocket Yin.

There are detailed descriptions of each class below with links

to book your space.

Yin Yoga

Each week Rocci leads you through a safe, calm, and subtle sequence of movements to help create space, steadiness and strength in body and mind. Rocci uses a mix of modern scientifically proven exercises and classical yoga poses to help improve balance, stability, and focus. Each session includes relaxation and breathing practises that move us out of our fight and flight system and into our calm and connect

(parasympathetic nervous) system.

Mondays 7.30 - 9.00 pm

This socially distanced class is made to create reliable, gradual progression in balance, strength, and stability. Rocci uses traditional and modern knowledge to guide you through a safe, subtle and

considerate Metta (kindness) yoga class. The session will include relaxation techniques and breathing practises to create a

sense of wellbeing and joy.

Mondays 9.45 - 11.15 am

Our Flow & Therapy class is based on the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series and is a traditional and very powerful practice. In Sanskrit, it is called

“Yoga Chikitsa” meaning “Yoga Therapy," because of the cleansing and toning effect it has on body and mind. A dynamic flow created by synchronising the breath with a specific series of postures produces intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that in turn detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light, and strong body, and a calm mind

Tuesdays 6.00 - 7.30 pm

Fridays 10.00 - 11.30 am

Yin yoga - is slow and passive in style. Poses are held for longer periods of time to access deep connective tissues of the body, providing nourishment and circulation for the joints & fascia, increasing flexibility. In doing so, a Yin yoga practice can strengthen and harmonise the flow of Chi energy, bringing us back into balance and vitality.

The stillness and quietness of this practice create a soothing and very valuable life space to balance the very active pace of modern life, as well as other yang-like physical activities.

Suitable for all levels, everyone welcome.

Tuesdays 8.00 - 9.30 pm

Natalie celebrates that yoga is not just for physical fitness. Her motivation and inspiration is for overall health and wellbeing as well as exploring the mind and body on a physical, mental and spiritual journey. Her yoga style combines traditional Hatha yoga with vinyasa style sequencing. She captures and balances the spiritual essence of yoga with physical fitness perfectly. Each class is different but will typically contain optional vinyasa-style sequencing for those who like to flow and get the heart pumping; and a rest option for those wanting to take it easy.

Find the perfect balance between effort and ease as we connect body

and breath in this sustainable practice.

Slowing your flow means that you have more time to get the poses

right and adapt them to suit your level.

Helen draws on her knowledge of anatomy and physiology to guide students towards a practice that is right for each individual body.

Mary gives plenty of options in each pose so you can level up or down depending on how you feel with each movement and in that moment.
