Pregnancy Yoga Course
Join Rocci in her popular 8-week Pregnancy course.
Rocci has over 10 years’ experience specialising in pregnancy yoga and would love to support you through your amazing journey.
The course is held between 7-9 ish pm on a Thursday and includes yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and relaxation.
It will give you a great opportunity to meet other Mum’s to be in the area. Each session will be followed by tea and cake, and most sessions have the added bonus of a chat by a local professional, these practitioners give a short talk about what they do and how it can help your pregnancy and birth journey, they regularly include acupuncturists, chiropractors, personal trainers and women's health physio's.
If you can't make one of the sessions on the course you will be credited for a single session at our drop-in pregnancy class.
