Our chair yoga class is a gentle, holistic practice to enhance your wellbeing.
Postures are performed seated or standing with the aid of a chair to help with balance and to enable you to enjoy yoga without having to get down on a mat.
Perfect for anyone who wants to increase flexibility, strength and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment as well as developing breathing and relaxation techniques.

Booking is essential for this class because it will be tailor-made for those attending, meaning there will be options suitable for everyone.
Our specially designed class will support you during pregnancy and give you the opportunity for some me time after birth. These sessions combine Rocci’s knowledge of pre and post-natal yoga to help alleviate tension and discomfort during pregnancy and help ease you back to exercise once baby arrives. It's also a great opportunity for baby to get used to someone else's care while you attend this class for you.
This drop-in session has been created with the hopes that it establishes a strong community of mums-to-be and new mums to connect with each other during pregnancy and re-connect once baby has been born.
The sessions will include breathwork, postures and relaxation.
Suitable from 14 week into pregnancy and from after attending your post-natal check up.
All equipment that you will need for these session is available at our studio but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.
