KIDS and young adults

Besides the simplicity of practice, the benefits of yoga for children are extensive.

From young children to teenagers, inactive kids to serious athletes, yoga can help children by;

  • Increasing concentration

  • Lowering stress

  • Improving body control and awareness

  • Improving confidence

  • Reducing the risk of injury

 

At the Rocci Tree, we currently hold weekly classes for Lower and Middle School-aged children, and Yoga and Craft days for children between 5-15 in the school holidays. Please click on our links below to find out more information.​
