Our chair yoga class is a gentle, holistic practice to enhance your wellbeing.
Postures are performed seated or standing with the aid of a chair to help with balance and to enable you to enjoy yoga without having to get down on a mat.
Perfect for anyone who wants to increase flexibility, strength and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment as well as developing breathing and relaxation techniques.

Teen focused Yin style Yoga
Suitable for age 10-17
This class is a space to reflect, giving time to prepare and settle the mind. Calming practices including meditation, Yin Yoga poses and breathing techniques will help to navigate the pressures of the school and social environments and ease overwhelm.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin yoga is the yoga of surrender.
Let go of all the tension, tightness and resistance to melt into long-held yoga poses; which will help your body learn to become still, passive and at peace.
Our sessions will encourage you to find ways to adapt, make yourself comfortable and be okay with how & who you are in the present moment; preparing you for the week ahead and leaving you feeling chilled yet rejuvenated.

Each half term we run a 5 week course. If you would like to come and try a class beforehand we also have Drop In sessions, please click on the calendar below to book. At the top select "Classes" for Drop Ins or "Courses".
When you come to a Drop In session you will be eligible for £5 OFF the following 5-week course.
