Our chair yoga class is a gentle, holistic practice to enhance your wellbeing.
Postures are performed seated or standing with the aid of a chair to help with balance and to enable you to enjoy yoga without having to get down on a mat.
Perfect for anyone who wants to increase flexibility, strength and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment as well as developing breathing and relaxation techniques.

A Gong Bath provides a profoundly relaxing and blissful experience, immersing participants in the soothing sound waves produced by our Gong. This transformative journey can facilitate a deep meditative state.
Each person's experience during a Gong Bath is unique, often becoming increasingly enriching with each session.
The benefits of engaging in a Gong Bath are extensive. It assists in calming the mind and encourages a shift in focus from the left hemisphere (associated with logic and analysis) to the right hemisphere (linked to creativity and intuition).
Additionally, it lowers brainwave frequencies, transitioning from alpha to theta and, at times, even reaching delta, which is associated with sleep.
The vibrations produced during the session stimulate the Vagus nerve, a component of the parasympathetic nervous system that governs rest and digestion. This stimulation helps reduce stress hormones and signals to the brain that the body is in a safe state, resulting in a decreased heart rate and relaxed breathing.
Participants can enjoy the Gong Bath in the comfort of our studio, lying on mats equipped with blankets and bolsters for support and warmth. You are welcome to bring additional blankets and cushions to further enhance your comfort.
