Pregnancy Drop-in Classes

Mondays 18:00-19:15 – Upstairs at The Forster Institute

This weekly Pregnancy + Yoga is a restorative and preparational class. If you need more flexibility and cannot commit to an 8-week pregnancy course (or if you have already completed one of our pregnancy courses), then you can attend our drop-in pregnancy yoga class on a Monday or Tuesday. These classes include yoga postures, pranayama (Yogic Breathing) and relaxation.

Our classes are suitable for anyone at least 14 weeks into their pregnancy and will be a comforting, relaxing and possibly educational addition to your amazing pregnancy journey.

Pregnancy classes take place weekly at The Forster Institute and are available to book with a 5 or 10 class pass or as a drop in session.

Any unused sessions on your pass can be transferred to a Mum & Baby Class Pass
