Pregnancy Drop-In Classes

Each Friday 1.30 pm – 2.30 pm in the studio

Term time only. Please Note, there will not be a class on Friday 18th September

 

 

This Pregnancy Yoga class is a restorative and preparational class and includes yoga postures, pranayama (Yogic Breathing), and relaxation.

Our classes are suitable for anyone at least 14 weeks into their pregnancy and are a comforting, relaxing, and possibly educational addition to your amazing journey.

The class takes place weekly and is available to book with a 5, 10, or 15 class pass or you can pay as you go as a drop-in session.

Any unused sessions on your pass can be transferred to a Mum & Baby Class Pass.

The perfect way to meet and share experiences with other Mums to be.
