Pregnancy Drop-in Classes

Our Pregnancy Drop In Classes have moved online

Each Thursday from 7.30 pm – 9.00 pm


This Pregnancy Yoga class is a restorative and preparational class and includes yoga postures, pranayama (Yogic Breathing) and relaxation.

Our classes are suitable for anyone at least 14 weeks into their pregnancy and are a comforting, relaxing and possibly educational addition to your amazing journey.

The class takes place weekly  and is available to book with a 5, 10 or 15 class pass or you can pay as you go as a drop in session.

Any unused sessions on your pass can be transferred to a Mum & Baby Class Pass.

The perfect way to meet and share expereinces with other Mums to be.
