Natasha is Russian, born in the multicultural family. Even though her Yoga Journey started in 2008 in Moscow, the Yoga revealed itself to Natasha many years before in different forms.
She has had an active lifestyle since she was a young girl, doing Acrobatics and dance. Later in life she tested herself in learning and performing as a “Mannequin. Statue. Alive doll” artist.
Natasha studied Science and Teaching methodology for 5 years and after that took an extra year of the Psychology course. She is fascinated by the human body and the mind, constantly working on expanding her knowledge about it.
Practicing Iyengar and Iyengar based yoga for 6 years helped Natasha to understand alignments of the postures, how to perform them safely.
Have experienced the benefits of yoga Natasha wanted to share it with people. As a result in 2016 she completed 200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with introduction of Rocket Yoga and Yin Yoga. Inspired and empowered Natasha has started teaching in The Rocci Tree studio as soon as she finished her training.

Why do you teach Yoga/What does Yoga mean to you?
I am very passionate about the Yoga. For me it is a way to learn about myself, a way to connect with my inner wisdom, a way to keep my body, mind& spirit healthy and tuned.
Yoga is a philosophy, which I am learning to live by.
I want to help people to discover and experience different sides of yoga, which will make life healthier and richer. Through yoga I want to inspire people to find their inner peace.

Tell us about your classes (pace/style/specialism)?
The different styles of yoga I can teach include Ashtanga, Rocket and Vinyasa flow.
Flow and Therapy yoga – is based on Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, a traditional and very powerful practice. In Sanskrit it is called “Yoga Chikitsa” meaning “Yoga Therapy”, because of the cleansing and toning effect it has on body and mind. A dynamic flow created by synchronising the breath with a specific series of postures produces intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that in turn detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body and calm mind. Prepare to sweat! 🙂
We would recommend having a small towel with you during the practice.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga – the Sanskrit word “Vinyasa” means “arranging something in special way”. It is graceful and energising practice where the breath linked with movements and these movements are linked together creating smooth and continuous dance-like flow, which helps you to stay in the present – moving meditation. Vinyasa Yoga improves body and mind awareness, builds strength, flexibility and balance.
