Kids Yoga – Lower & Middle Schools

Kids Yoga with Mary every Wednesday Online

Starting Wednesday 6th January 2021

Lower school – 5.00 – 6.00pm

Middle school 6.30 – 7.30pm

Come and learn about how some of our yoga poses make you feel, which parts of your body have to work to do them, and how to rearrange yourselves to do the same pose in different ways.

Kids yoga is a great opportunity for children to express themselves physically, so besides the benefit of developing strength and flexibility, it encourages them to think about all aspects of their well-being and can help them to manage stress and anxiety.

We love to see the children growing in confidence every week and to encourage them to be creative and use their own ideas in class

 

Classes can be booked as:

  • Drop-in (pay as you go) – £7.50 per class
  • Pre-bookable, with 1, 5, or 10 class pass (more flexibility if you cannot commit to consecutive weeks)
  • Enroll for the half term – 6-week term £36  or  7-week term £42
