Our Intro to Meditation course is the perfect place to learn more about Meditation and a deep dive into it's meaning.

Simply put, meditation is the opportunity for you to...

Pause, breathe, repeat.

​

During our new Intro to Meditation course Rocci will guide us through a few of these many types of meditation because the same practice doesn’t suit the same person every day. Starting with small bite-size exercises and building to longer meditations, including mindfulness, single-pointed focus and mantra meditation. You will be encouraged to repeat the practices at home during the week so you can start to integrate Meditation into your life and feel the benefits.

Meditation has been around for thousands of years and many different cultures have created practices to achieve lower stress-levels, ease tension, bring about a sense of calm and to get a better night’s sleep.

 

During our hour-long sessions, you will learn a little of the history and cultural backgrounds of some of the most popular styles of meditation, the benefits of a regular practice and how to avoid the pit-falls of meditation, so that you can be confident to carry on with a home practice.

 

You will be invited to join our WhatsApp group so you can share your experiences and discuss what you have found useful to help support you to continue gaining the benefits of regular meditation.
