The Wellness Project is a new community initiative from The Rocci Tree and Leighton-Linslade Town Council offering free wellbeing classes and support to people who may otherwise struggle to access them.

The project is funded through BeActive Beds and Sport England. It has been created to help people improve both physical and emotional wellbeing.

We know that many people in our community are living with stress, loneliness, poor mobility, pain, anxiety or low confidence. We want to make sure support is easy to access, friendly and local.

All sessions are free and suitable for beginners.
