About the Course
A gentle course for women experiencing perimenopause or menopause.
The sessions help with:
Anxiety and overwhelm
Poor sleep
Low mood and low confidence
Stress, tension and aches
Sessions include gentle movement, stretching, breathing and relaxation.
Suitable for women who may have stopped exercising, are feeling isolated or are struggling to cope.
Eligibility: Women aged 40-60 years of age, with recognised menopause symptoms.
