You’ll be staying in one of Florence House’s beautifully individual rooms — a mix of singles, twins, doubles and triples, each designed to help you unwind with its own character and charm. Some look out to the shimmering sea, others to the soft folds of the South Downs or the peaceful private gardens. There’s a space to suit everybody, whether you’re coming solo or sharing with friends.

Step into a rejuvenating seaside escape shaped by the magic of three — three teachers, three days, one transformative experience. A harmonious blend of yoga, meditation and restorative practices, each teacher offering their own unique wisdom. Arrive on Friday evening and settle into a rhythm of energising flows, calming stillness and meaningful connection by the sea; and leave on Sunday feeling refreshed, restored and deeply renewed.

What’s Included

2 nights’ accommodation at Florence House (Friday & Saturday)

All meals and refreshments throughout your stay

6 yoga sessions — with each of our three teachers guiding you twice

A talk/workshop from each teacher

Nomadic Beach Sauna session — a private hour reserved just for our group, offering 15‑minute sessions (extra slots may be possible depending on availability)

Time and space to enjoy the beautiful setting — to wander, unwind, create, reflect or simply do nothing at all

1:1 Yoga

Helen from Bodysoul Wellness will be joining us to offer massage, and Mary, Rocci and Natasha will be available for Reiki or 1:1 Yoga, subject to timetable availability.

Your room can be secured with a £175 non‑refundable deposit, with the final balance due by 5 April 2027.

If you prefer to spread the cost, payment can be made in two instalments — the first by 3rd December 2026, and the second by 5th April 2027.
