Empower Your Pregnancy Journey
Led by Rocci — with over 14 years of experience in pregnancy yoga and recent training in Biomechanics for Birth.

From September 2025, we're changing how our Pregnancy Yoga Sessions run. Between each 6-week course, there will be a Drop-in Session — your chance to try a session before signing up for the course or catch up on one you missed.
