There is always time and space to stay for tea and cake after the class.
Baby Massage - Perfectly suited for the 4th trimester (0-3 months) and for babies before crawling.

Our experienced teacher Helen combines baby massage with gentle stretching and breathing practises for parents, so that by the end of our Baby Massage course you will have learned a variety of massage techniques to use that cover the whole body. The classes are a great place to meet new parents and socialise too. We are happy for you to attend these classes anytime after birth, but suggest you check with your doctor if you or your baby had any medical issues before, during or after birth.​

Mummy and Me Sensory Yoga - This course is suitable for babies between 8 weeks and before crawling.
​
Our yoga‑inspired sessions with Julie create a calm, nurturing space where babies can gently move, stretch, and explore through imaginative storytelling and sensory play. Ideal for curious little ones, each class offers plenty of opportunities to feel, see, and touch a variety of engaging textures and props.

Yoga for Baby - This course is suitable for babies between 8 weeks and before crawling.
​
Baby yoga stretches and stimulates baby whilst teaching you how to be really confident in assisting them into yoga postures. The sessions incorporate lots of interaction and play, essential for bonding and communication. Yoga is also really helpful for wind, colic, and digestive issues. As well as being great for baby, Helen teaches relaxation techniques and simple yoga moves for parents during the class.​​​
