About the Course
A balance and strength programme for older adults.
Designed to help people:
Improve balance and mobility
Reduce the risk of falls
Feel more confident and independent
Stay active for longer
Especially suitable for older adults who have had a fall, are worried about falling, or have recently finished physiotherapy.
Eligibility: Those who have recently had a fall or are in danger of having a fall.

Rocci Pearson
Rocci has been working to teach a style of yoga which us useful to everybody who comes to her class, no matter what size, shape or ability. 'I encourage people to practise to a level that suits them'.
