A free course for people living with back pain, stiffness or tension.
The course includes:
Gentle movement and stretching
Core strength and posture work
Breathing and relaxation
Practical exercises to use at home
Suitable for people with recurring back pain, desk-based workers, carers and anyone who has had physiotherapy or has recovered from injury.
Eligibility: People with recurring back pain or recovering from injury.
