About the Course
A free, gentle yoga course to support relaxation, wellbeing and confidence.
The course includes:
Gentle movement and stretching
Breathing and relaxation techniques
Simple practices to help manage stress and anxiety
Time to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Suitable for all abilities, including people living with diabetes, cancer, bereavement, long-term illness, or those going through difficult life events or periods of change.
Eligibility: Adults who would benefit from gentle yoga including people living with diabetes, cancer, bereavement, long-term illness, or those going through difficult life events or periods of change.

Rocci Pearson
Rocci has been working to teach a style of yoga which us useful to everybody who comes to her class, no matter what size, shape or ability. 'I encourage people to practise to a level that suits them'.
