About the Course

A free, gentle outdoor session to help people relax, move and feel better.

 

Tai Chi uses slow, flowing movements to improve balance, mobility and wellbeing. It can help reduce stress, improve confidence and support both physical and mental health.

 

The session is suitable for:

  • Adults of all ages

  • Older adults

  • People who feel stiff or less mobile

  • People who are feeling stressed or overwhelmed

  • Anyone wanting to try something gentle and calming

 

No previous experience is needed and all abilities are welcome.


Eligibility: Open to all. No booking required. Come along to the Bandstand in Parson's Close Recreation Grounds any of the dates above.
