PREGNANCY YOGA COURSE

Embark on a transformative journey in our popular Pregnancy course. Rocci would love to guide you through this wondrous chapter of your life.   Whether you are stepping into motherhood for the first time or you've been there, done that and still have baby sick on your t-shirt, or its been a while and you'd like a refresh. These sessions are designed to empower you, leading you in movement and breathe to find tranquillity at this time of transformation.  
 
We aim to create an relaxing, calm and welcoming space for you to  take time to look after yourself, so you can be prepared and looking forward to meet the newest member of your family.   

Throughout the course, we will delve into essential topics such as Pelvic Floor Care, relaxation techniques, practices to soothe the nervous system, and gentle movements to alleviate discomfort while fostering confidence in listening to your body's voice.  

Thursdays 7-9 ish PM Upstairs Studio at the Forster Institute  All equipment that you will need for these session is available at our studio but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred. If you can't make one of the sessions on the course you will be credited for a single session at our weekly pregnancy class.  

 If you are joining us for the first time, please fill in one of our health questionnaires.
