INTRO TO WELLNESS AT THE ROCCI TREE
A 4-week course to introduce you to the wellness options here at The Rocci Tree.
Each week a new style session will be available, featuring something different from the classes that we have to offer.
Week 1 - Yoga with Rocci - find out about the different ways we can move our bodies and co-ordinate our movement with breath.
Week 2 - Pilates with Olivia - experience one of our Pilates classes and a look at a strength-based approach to movement.
Week 3 - Tai Chi and Qigong with Ian - find out how these two disciplines work together to help you change from the inside out.
Week 4 - Yoga with Natasha - experience a flow yoga session with an introduction to sequences of yoga poses.
By the end of the course you will have tasted lots of different approaches to wellness and started to discover the ones you prefer or choose to blend multiple options into your regular self-care routine.
