INTRO TO QIGONG WITH TAI CHI

So much is assumed about Tai Chi / Taiji and little known about Qigong. This introductory course aims at clarification involving talks meditations and physical study.

Qigong simply means "energetic mastery". Its movements and meditations are your tools towards internal development. QiGong and Taiji offers a structured way that brings beneficial internal change. Taiji practice offers a way to efficiently mobilise the extra energy secured by Qigong.

This introductory course will examine genuine Chinese internal arts teachings. Nothing made up nor dumbed down with practical methods for changing from the inside out.
We will examine the essential skills that underlie safe, effective Qigong and Taiji practice making tangible progress in developing your body's energetic system aiming at being more energised, healthier, mentally sharper and more emotionally stable.

We will explore the key skills for safe and effective Qigong and Taiji practice, helping you develop your body’s energetic system and achieve greater energy, health, mental sharpness, and emotional stability.</p>
