This 5-week course will offer a great introduction to Meditation practices, starting with shorter meditations and building on the practices each week. The sessions will also include information about the science of meditation and the history of its development across the world.

No previous experience or specialist equipment is needed, simply come along with an open mind, wear comfortable clothing and be willing to experience meditation practices in a safe, supportive space.
