Each week Rocci leads you through a safe, calm, and subtle sequence of movements to help create space, steadiness, and strength in body and mind. Rocci uses a mix of modern scientifically proven exercises and classical hatha yoga poses to help improve balance, stability, and focus. Each session includes relaxation and breathing practices that move us out of our flight and flight system and into our calm and connect (parasympathetic nervous) system.
Rocci offers a variety of options and modifications, encouraging participants to explore poses in ways that best suit their individual needs. This approach fosters confidence and empowers individuals to develop a practice unique to themselves.

This class is appropriate for participants of all levels and abilities.
