Rocci brings over 14 years of experience in pregnancy yoga and has recently trained in Biomechanics for Birth. Join us Mondays for our Pre and Post Natal Yoga Class or enrol in the Pregnancy Yoga course for deeper learning.

Our pregnancy yoga sessions, are designed to be a relaxing and informative addition to your journey. You will find a supportive environment where you can learn, connect, and prepare for the exciting changes ahead. Join us to embrace this special time with knowledge and comfort

Studio equipment is provided, or you may bring your own. Whether you are joining us for the first time or returning during your current pregnancy, please complete our health questionnaire so that we can provide tailored support throughout your experience.  Enjoy relaxing, informative classes designed to support and prepare you for this special time.
