Prenatal Yoga: Empower Your Pregnancy Journey
Rocci brings over 14 years of experience in pregnancy yoga and has recently trained in Biomechanics for Birth.
Join us Thursdays for our weekly Pregnancy Yoga Class for yoga and relaxation or for a deeper learning experience enrol in our 6 week Pregnancy Yoga course that includes tips on being comfortable in pregnancy, information on biomechanics for birth and relaxation practices plus a chance to chat with other pregnant people over tea and cake.

Studio equipment is provided, or you may bring your own. Whether you are joining us for the first time or returning during your current pregnancy, please complete our health questionnaire so that we can provide tailored support throughout your experience. Enjoy relaxing, informative classes designed to support and prepare you for this special time.

Who Is This Course For?
Whether you are stepping into motherhood for the first time, have already experienced the joys and challenges and are still sporting the odd baby sick stain on your t-shirt, or it’s been a while and you’d appreciate a refresher, these sessions are crafted for you. Our aim is to empower everyone, leading you through movement and breathwork to find tranquillity during this unique time of transformation.

We strive to create a relaxing, calm, and welcoming environment where you can take the time to look after yourself. Through this nurturing space, you’ll be better prepared and able to look forward to meeting the newest member of your family with confidence and excitement.

What to Expect from the Course
Our 6-week Pregnancy Yoga course offers a deeper learning experience. You will receive practical tips on staying comfortable throughout pregnancy, explore information on biomechanics for birth, and engage in relaxation practices. The sessions also provide a wonderful opportunity to connect with other expectant parents—enjoy a chat over tea and cake as you share experiences and build community.

If you are Pregnant or less than 3 months post-natal, please do not turn up to our regular classes, contact us for more information on which class would be more appropriate for you. We have some lovely teachers who are training to take care of you properly and to offer you a practise that will be best for you, your baby and your post-natal mind and body.
