Tatty Bumpkin (2-4 years) – Tuesday 09:30-10:15
Tatty Bumpkin Explorers (Sitting unaided/crawling to age 2) – Tuesdays 10:30-11:15
Welcome to the wonderful bendy, giggly world of Tatty Bumpkin!
Here at The Rocci Tree, Tatty Bumpkin and her little Brother Baby Bumpkin have lots of fun adventures, inspiring children through yoga from sitting unaided (around 6/7 months to age 4).
Our yoga inspired sessions aid development and flexibility, encourage communication and enhance confidence through purposeful play. We use mindfulness techniques and breathing activities to help your child to self -regulate and deal with their ‘big emotions’.
We use storytelling, our own unique music and multi-sensory play to engage every child, whatever their ability.
We have so much fun in every session, often child-led, encouraging children to make decisions and take the lead with their imaginations. There is no right from wrong. It certainly keeps us on our toes. And if you think ‘My child will never sit still’ – don’t worry, there is lots of movement and engaging activities. Come and try a taster session – you might be surprised!
The wonderful Mary will be at The Forster Institute, on Tuesday mornings in term time, to guide you through your yoga journey. She is fully qualified in Children’s and Baby Yoga and can answer any questions you may have.
