A Gong Bath provides a profoundly relaxing and blissful experience, immersing participants in the soothing sound waves produced by our Gong. This transformative journey can facilitate a deep meditative state. Each person's experience during a Gong Bath is unique, often becoming increasingly enriching with each session.

SILENT BOOK CLUB
Chill and unwind in a relaxed space and lose yourself in a book of your choice. Bring your own book, E-reader or audio book, grab a cuppa and join us in a world of your own from 7:00pm-8:30pm.
We are now hosting a book club with a difference:
• Unwind with a book, a cuppa and homemade cake
• Enjoy an hour of silent reading - bring your own material in any format
• Socialising welcome, but optional
We gather on the first Friday of the month for an evening of comfortable silence with opportunity to socialise.
All tickets are donation-based (pay what you can) to cover tea and cake.

FIRST AID FOR PARENTS
Our 2-hour fully interactive workshop covers the First Aid essentials for anyone living with or caring for babies and children, with our qualified first aid trainer.
The workshop is designed to help you prepare for common accidents and incidents.
We will cover:
Choking and CPR
Febrile convulsions
Bleeding and fractures
Head bumps
Burns
Meningitis awareness
You will learn in a fun, friendly environment and you'll leave far more confident than when you arrive.

CIRCLE DANCING
Circle Dancing is a joyful practice of movement and connection, where we join together in simple, flowing dances from many traditions around the world.
The dances can be meditative and grounding or lively and energising - always inviting us into presence, balance and flow.
Much like yoga, Circle Dance nurtures body awareness, improves coordination and helps release tension. It also cultivates mindfulness, harmony and a deep sense of community.
No partner or previous experience is needed - the steps are easy to learn and accessible to everyone.
People of all genders and ages (from 18 upwards) are warmly welcome.
Come as you are, and experience the joy of moving together to beautiful music in a circle.
