Pregnancy Yoga

Teaching pregnancy yoga is one of Rocci’s passions. She has been teaching weekly drop-in classes as well as the extremely popular and well-respected Pregnancy yoga course for over 8 years here in Leighton Buzzard. Rocci was pregnant for a lot of her teacher training course so knows how well yoga works with pregnancy and birth.

Pregnancy Yoga is a great way to relax and spend time with your unborn baby.

Rocci will show you breathing techniques, and help you practise birthing poses and connect with your changing body.

Pregnancy Yoga can have all sorts of benefits and our gentle yoga sessions can help you get your body ready for birth. It is one of the very few forms of exercise that is recommended by midwives and doctors during pregnancy. Our classes are suitable for anyone at least 14 weeks into their pregnancy and will be a comforting, relaxing, and possibly educational addition to your amazing pregnancy journey.

Medical experts at the Mayo Clinic have even touted prenatal yoga as “a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering, and focused breathing.”
