Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga is one of Rocci’s passions. She has been teaching weekly drop in classes as well as the extremely popular and well respected Pregnancy yoga course for over 8 years here in Leighton Buzzard. Rocci was also pregnant for a lot of her teacher training course so knows how well yoga works with pregnancy and birth.

Pregnancy yoga is one of the very few forms of exercise that is recommended by midwives and doctors during pregnancy. Our classes are suitable for anyone at least 14 weeks into their pregnancy and will be a comforting, relaxing and possibly educational addition to your amazing pregnancy journey.

Medical experts at the Mayo Clinic have even touted prenatal yoga as “a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing.”

If you are not already aware, Pregnancy Yoga is considered part of your ante-natal care, so you are entitled to request time off work/finish early to attend classes if need be. (Just so you know we have a weekly drop-in class on a Friday afternoon, maybe you could leave work early to attend?)
