Pregnancy yoga is one of the very few forms of exercise that is recommended by midwives and doctors during pregnancy. Our classes are suitable for anyone at least 14 weeks into their pregnancy and will be a comforting, relaxing and possibly educational addition to your amazing pregnancy journey.
Medical experts at the Mayo Clinic have even touted prenatal yoga as “a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing.”
If you are not already aware, Pregnancy Yoga is considered part of your ante-natal care, so you are entitled to take time off work/finish early to attend classes if need be.
