PARENT & BABY YOGA

Our Parent and baby classes are a safe, gentle and kind environment for you and your baby to meet new friends and feel better about yourself, and will help you transition into your new life as a first time parent, or moving from 1 to 2 children or more.

All of our Parent and Baby classes are held at The Forster Institute. For more information please click on the box below of the course/class your interested in and you can book your space on on the following page.

 

Starting from birth: Early Days Wellness course.

Perfectly suited for the 4th trimester (0-3 months), our Early Days Wellness course combines baby massage, with gentle stretching and breathing for you.

 

After your 6-week post-natal check you can join Rocci in our Yoga for Mum classes. These are a gentle, caring style of yoga which will help to restore energy and strength for Mum without having to find childcare for baby.

 

From 8 weeks to crawling come along for Yoga for Baby

Yoga for Baby is where you will learn fun, interactive techniques to help baby develop their balance, strength, and coordination!

Baby yoga stretches and stimulates baby whilst teaching you how to be really confident in assisting them into yoga postures.
