Lunchtime Yoga

With so many people being asked to work from home again we are very excited to start running 30-minute Lunchtime Yoga classes!

There are many benefits of incorporating yoga into your working day.

Not only does yoga benefit your physical health, it can also increase your energy levels making you more productive.

It helps to improve your posture at your desk, reduces stress levels, and increases your confidence and focus.

The benefits are manifold.

Our classes will be online only;

  • Monday 12.00 pm – 12.30 pm with Rocci
  • Tuesday 12.30 pm – 1.00 pm with Natasha
  • Wednesday 1.00 pm – 1.30 pm with Natalie
  • Thursday 12.30 pm – 1.00 pm with Mary
  • Friday 1.00 pm – 1.30 pm with Helen

Single Lunchtime Yoga Pass

  • £5 per session

Weekly Lunchtime Yoga Pass

  • £20 – Gives you access to all 5 Lunchtime Yoga classes for that week

10 Lunchtime Yoga classes

  • £45 – Gives you access to 10 Lunchtime Yoga classes, valid for one month
