A dynamic yoga flow particularly aimed at 14 to 19-year-old teenagers.

Teenage yoga is an excellent way to help your child deal with the overwhelming emotional and physical changes that they go through during adolescence.

Teenagers who practice yoga are less stressed and perform better in academics.
