Kids Yoga

Besides the simplicity of practice, the benefits of yoga for children are extensive.  From young children to teenagers, inactive kids to serious athletes, yoga can help children by

-Increasing concentration
-Lowering stress
-Improving body control and awareness
-Improving confidence
-Reducing risk of injury

At the Rocci Tree, we currently hold weekly classes for Lower and Middle School aged children and Yoga and Craft days for children between 5-15 in the school holidays.
