Do I have to be fit to practice Yoga?

Absolutely not. There is a class to suit everyone and every person works to their abilities.

Do I need to be flexible?

No. Flexibility is a product of Yoga, not a prerequisite

I’m new to Yoga, where do I start?

If you have never practiced yoga before, Ideally, we suggest you start with one of our Intro to Yoga courses, which will introduce you to all the different areas of Yoga and will help you decide which class and style is for you.

Alternatively, feel free to book or pop along to any of our regular weekly classes (see timetable). If you are unsure which class or teacher to try, take a look at our class descriptions page to see a full description of each of the yoga styles we offer to help you decide,

Rocci or Ceri’s classes are gentler classes and are a great way to ease you into the wonderful world of yoga. Or why not go along to one of Natasha or Natalie’s classes if you’re keen to try something bit more powerful
For more info please also see our New to Yoga? page

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend a booked class or cancel with less than two hours’ notice you will still be charged for the class. You can find details on how the charges are applied based on what type of pass you hold (see T&Cs Page)

For all our pricing options, see our Pricing Page

Can I just turn up or do I have to book?

You can just turn up to any class and pay on the day, alternatively you can pre-book (and pay) for your class. You can purchase just a 1 or a 5 or 10 class pass. For prices and more pass options, see our pricing page.

How do I Book?

You can either book by clicking on our Book here Icon for either classes or enrolments (on the right hand side of the webpage), by downloading our app, or by clicking on the relevant class on our MindBody booking system on our home page.

What do I have to wear?

You do not need to go out and buy all the latest Yoga gear! All you need to wear is loose comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely during the class. You should also take along a warmer layer (socks and a jumper) for relaxation at the end of the class. You do not need any special footwear, as yoga is generally done barefoot.

What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (although don’t worry if you don’t have one, you can borrow one of our spares to begin with). You may want to bring along a blanket for relaxation at the end of the class, (although again, we have spares). Please also bring along a bottle of water.

Where are classes held?

All our classes are held at The Forster institute, 1a Waterloo Road, Leighton Buzzard LU7 2NR (apart from our Wednesday evening class help at Trinity Methodist church, North Street, Leighton Buzzard). See Locations
