Yoga and Wellness retreat

If you have ever attended a yoga class, you will already know the wonderful feeling of well being you experience at the end of the practise.


Now imagine how you will feel after a whole weekend of wellness practises?

The Rocci Tree team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful mature orchard at Hill Farm and Orchard for our 5th yoga and wellness retreat.


The tranquillity of the orchard, with it's canal side setting and breath taking views of the Chiltern Hills make an ideal venue to enjoy this unique yoga and glamping experience. 

During this retreat we invite you to step back to more tranquil times: leafy lanes, apples ripening on ancient trees and narrow boats meandering by will be the backdrop for our yoga and wellness weekend.

Join us under canvas for this wonderful wellness experience, where we could be practicing yoga in the beautiful Big Hat Tipi or under the summer sky.


We understand that at this time affordability is important so we have created three opportunities for you to join us depending on your budget.

  • 2 nights, 3 days for two from £770 

  • 1 night, 2 days (this option is for Saturday night only) for two from £600

  • Day tickets for Saturday for £120, limited availability

We also have a choice of accommodation

Up to 10 Yoga sessions with friendly experienced teachers from The Rocci Tree

Join us from 4pm. Take time to familiarize yourself, explore the surroundings and chill.

6pm Dinner - Veggie Chilli and Rice served with Nachos, Guacamole and Salads.

7.30pm Meditation and Intention Setting for the weekend with Mary.

From 8.30pm Hot Tub time (and enjoy your Retreat Pamper Packs).


7am Wake with a Gentle Stretch and Breathe session with Rocci.

8am Tuck into Breakfast Boxes.

9.30am Day ticket holders arrive.

10am - 12pm Gentle Flow Yoga and Relaxation with Natasha.

12pm - 2pm Enjoy Lunch with a Graze Platter, and take some time to rest and recharge.

2pm - 4pm Chakra Balancing Yoga and Reiki with Mary

4pm – 4.30pm Snack time.

4.30pm – 5.30pm Take a stroll on a Wellness Walk around the local area with Susan.

5.30pm – 7.30pm Dinner - Sweet Potato & Spinach Curry with Mango Chutney & Flatbreads.

7.30pm Restore with a Gentle Stretch and Yoga Nidra with Rocci.

 Followed by Hot Chocolate and Marshmallows round the Fire.

9.30pm Day Ticket holders leave.


7.30am Start the day with a Restorative Stretch and Breathe session with Rocci.

8.30am Savour Breakfast in the Paddock.

9.30am Listen to a Talk about Hill Farm and the local area from Susan

10am Finish with a mix of Flow and Slow Yoga with Natasha and Mary.

12pm Thank yous and Goodbyes

There will be time for one more visit to the hot tub and solitude before you leave the farm.
