Next 5-week course starts on Tuesday the 26th of April 2022

Our chair yoga class is a gentle practice for those who may not feel confident joining our regular yoga class. Postures are performed seated or standing with the aid of a chair to help with balance and to enable you to enjoy yoga without having to get down on the mat.

These classes are perfect for anyone who wants to increase flexibility, strength and body awareness in a safe and supportive way as well as develop breathing and relaxation techniques.
