The Yoga:

Rocci teaches a beautiful slow, subtle style of yoga which she calls Metta, or kindness, yoga. This style of yoga can lift moods, refresh your soul, support the immune system and regulate both hormones and body temperature. In today’s society, money is time, therefore to go slow is a luxury. Take the time and make the effort to regenerate by relaxation.

Whether you are a seasoned yogi, teacher in training or a complete beginner, Natasha and Rocci are both well equipped to offer everyone a practise they can learn from and be happy with. We will offer lots of options and encouragement to go to a level that suits you, our philosophy is that everyone can enjoy the feelings and benefits that yoga offers.

The weekend will be all about soothing our nervous system, nurturing new habits with time for you to reconnect with your true self, be kind and be happy.

 

The Venue:

We will be returning to the beautiful Carbon Retreat, set in the beautiful Churchgate Hotel, in Old Harlow.

Churchgate Hotel, a Jacobean chantry house once owned by Queen Elizabeth I, is the home of our luxurious wellness retreat since October 2018.

By Train:

Harlow train station is a 10 minute drive away and has a great service from London Liverpool Street, taking just 30 minutes. Please contact us to arrange to be collected from Harlow station.

By Car:

Put CM17 0JT into your sat nav and follow the instructions.
